What started as helping improve spreadsheets and processes in day-to-day working life gradually became something people relied on me for more. I naturally found myself spotting problems, simplifying systems, and creating better ways of organising information that saved time and reduced stress for the people around me.
Over the years, I realised many businesses weren’t struggling because they lacked skill or hard work, they were struggling because their admin systems had become overwhelming, disconnected, or difficult to manage as the business grew.
